We are fired with a passion for “continuous and sustainable improvement” of the employees. Our beliefs are deeply rooted in the Indian culture of “Guru-Shishya” parampara where the student is taught until he learns it. Time cannot be forced or short-cuts devised when the environment is not conducive. We strongly believe in changing the status-quo.
We provide business with soft skills training in the areas of management, leadership, frontline and personal skills. We also have Instructional Designers who create all the materials required for a program and they are all world class. We will be happy to provide you with some samples to back our claim.
Our facilitators are all practicing specialists in their fields with sound academic backgrounds; this ensures that our customers have access to extensive experience and up-dated expertise. We place a high premium on their ability to relate knowledge and facilitate practical learning, ensuring that participants are able to apply what they have learnt when they return to the workplace.
We view training as similar to a person sharpening the axe before cutting the tree. We are just facilitators but the battle has to be done by others. We can facilitate and ensure that the battle is won by working with him individually and giving feedback.

- We feel that one-man operations of management consultants however reputed have not been effective in the long run. RLS believes in a sustained client partnership for measurable results that work in the market place.
- We wish to partner corporate on a 6 month or 12 months tenure to ensure that consistency and effectiveness of training.
- We INSIST the clients measure the money spent on training to performance deliverance at the end of each cycle; whether our existence and relevance is justified.
- We offer training programs not as one-day or two-day show but if need be, we shall be more than happy to offer additional remedial intervention so that there are no laggards left behind.
